- 200 g of Mix for bread Spigabuona Organic gluten free
- 250 g of natural white yogurt (also lactose-free)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 18 g of baking soda
- 12 g of salt
- Origan q.b.
- 9 cherry tomatoes
PROCEDURE
- In a large bowl, combine the organic gluten free Mix for Bread
- Mix well to distribute the ingredients.
- Create a space in the middle of the flour mixture and pour the yogurt and extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix with your hands until you get a smooth dough.
- Lightly wet your hands to prevent the dough from sticking and spread the focaccia on a baking sheet coated with paper, giving it a thickness of about half a centimeter.
- Dust the surface with a little oregano.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them on the focaccia, creating decorative flowers.Â
- Bake in a static oven preheated to 180°C for 12-15 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.
