A savory and fragrant salted yeast! Made with the Spigabuona Mix for Bread  and other healthy and genuine ingredients such as oil, cherry tomatoes and oregano, which will give your focaccia a unique taste, making it perfect for celiac and intolerant!

Soft and fragrant, it is ready in a few minutes. Perfect to serve in your gluten-free aperitifs!

PROCEDURE

  1. In a large bowl, combine the organic gluten free Mix for Bread
  2. Mix well to distribute the ingredients.
  3. Create a space in the middle of the flour mixture and pour the yogurt and extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Mix with your hands until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Lightly wet your hands to prevent the dough from sticking and spread the focaccia on a baking sheet coated with paper, giving it a thickness of about half a centimeter.
  6. Dust the surface with a little oregano.
  7. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them on the focaccia, creating decorative flowers. 
  8. Bake in a static oven preheated to 180°C for 12-15 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.
